Filcom's 395th meeting was held on 13th February 2021 via Zoom.

The meeting began with the Sergeant-At-Arms Fouad Al-Fares reading out the club mission and meeting protocol. Right after, President Diana May Tangente formally opened the meeting and warmly greeted the guests. Then the virtual floor was handed over to the Toastmaster of the Day, Nadim Bitarwho shared who introduced us to the Art behind Appreciating and Appreciation.

He introduced the role players for the night: TM Manij Lakhey as the Timer, TM Deepti Potnis as the Ah-Counter and Dennis Mujana as Grammarian.

PREPARED SPEECHES:

3 speakers took over the reins of this segment.

1. Joseph Amande, DTM– presented an informative speech

2. Grace Moran, DTM - Delivered her love story of how she met her Husband

3. Swetha Raghuraman- Narrated the trials and tribulations she faced after college and how she identified her self-worth.

TABLE TOPICS SESSION:

Table Topics session was presented by TM Rinku Saha and 5 brave volunteers conquered over the reins of this segment.

EVALUATION

TM Philip Cherian was the general evaluator and introduced Hieu Huynh, DTM, Leo Ortega, DTM and TM Fouad Al Fares respectively , who provided their evaluations on their assigned speeches. TM Diana May Tangente evaluated all Table topic speakers in a very effective manner. The role players also provided their reports.
